Everyone in the store worked together to create a great overall experience. Tiffany and Ricky did a great job walking us through the process. Educating us on all the options, and not applying any pressure on us to make a purchase. The turn around time for install was within weeks, which is unheard of compared to a big box store. The installers were also professional and personable, which means a lot when they’re in your residence. They also did a very fine job. We had a squeak that was noticed in our sub-floor and the installers even fixed that for decent price when I thought I’d have to live with it. Brett did a great job monitoring the process all the way through and followed up with us at the end to ensure we were satisfied. Thanks to your team and believe we will be back for future projects!

We got quotes from all the usual stores in Sioux Falls... Many of them offering "deals". simpleFLOORS actually got us the carpet/pad we wanted installed at a good price. The shipping process was very low pressure and focused on our wants...not what a salesman thought we wanted. The installers are courteous and respectful and clean. Needless to say we loved the experience.
